It shows they care, truly care.
Beech Groves Meadows is amazing from the very top lady, [Name removed] to the very bottom. Everyone, all Nurses, [name removed] activity lady, cleaning lady, kitchen staff. I am so very, very please we choose Beech Grove Meadows. Everyone really cares and they show it everyday. I could never Thank them enough for everything they do everyday.
General Manager very pleasant. Only 16 rooms - place much too small for socially active Mom!
This facility, while owned by the same company as Rosegate, is not as well maintained. I noticed that the grounds as well as the inside of the facility look worn and tired. The price is lower here and the staff seemed equally friendly.
The only concern that I have is we have sent in some maintenance orders and they haven't fixed them.I cannot fully blame this on the community because my mother has asked that they do not enter her apartment when she is gone and she has had a lot of appointments. They could also add doorbells because she has a difficult time hearing knocks on the door. We bought her one but it would be nice if they came with one. The staff is amazing! The bus driver is a wonderful man. The manager [Removed] is great!
Before parents even moved in they were given choices for their home. It is a small friendly community. They offer health screenings, and transportation to stores and doctors. It gives me some peace of mind that my parents are safer than if they lived on their own.
Beech Grove Assisted Living and Garden Homes is going good. The only thing is when we moved in the garbage disposal wasn't working. There were just some things that should have been done before move in. It is a nice apartment. It has brand new carpet and new paint. Overall it has definitely been a good experience with the exception of the initial move in.
Was here for rehab & loved it, good staff, excellent food,but doesn't accept Medicaid waivers.
