The acceptance and move was very simple and facilitated by the management. My wife has settled well but misses social contact with other residents as most are in a far worse state of dementia. She enjoys a good relationship with all of the staff who apart from visitors are her main social contact.

My mum has received excellent care here at Beech Lodge Nursing Home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been very happy with her care.

My mother came here from the hospital and was very poorly, but I am so pleased she came here and with all the wonderful care, she was able to go home. All the staff were really caring and are always pleased to see her when we visit.

Very helpful and very kind staff. Very clean place and lovely food. Nothing is too much for them. While dad was here from June 2015 until March 2017 he was very well cared for and looked after by all the staff. He was always happy and smiling. When I had to stay for the last three days before he passed, I was made to feel very welcome and at home. Dad was also made very comfortable and passed peacefully in his sleep.

My sister-in-law has been here for 7 years and has had excellent care in the time she spent in the care home.
