The care is excellent. The staff are friendly and very hardworking. They look after the residents extremely well and are most caring. The food is good, and the activities are brilliant. My husband has improved considerably since he came to Beech Lodge. They arranged a wonderful 70th birthday party for him with rock and roll entertainers and a lovely birthday tea.

Beech Lodge cared for my grandmother for three years and was superb at dealing with her care, finding things for her to do and treating her with dignity and kindness.

Mother has been here 2 months now and has settled in really well. She feels very safe and very well cared for. The staff are all really friendly and she enjoys the daily activities. She says that the food is very good and is "just like I would make at home".

First visit to see Mum since going into the home... the lady on reception was wonderful and chatted while we waited to go and see Mum as it was lunchtime. Very helpful staff and always appeared to be happy. It's nice to see Mum participate in some of the activities, which seem to be done daily. The home was cleaned to a high standard... excellent place.

My relative has been at Beech Lodge since August 2021; he has improved so much in his time there. Staff are always available to keep us updated on his well being, as due to Covid and living so far away, visiting is limited, but the pictures and videos are lovely to watch. I am really pleased with everything about Beech Lodge. My relative always looks clean and well cared for. Very pleased, thank you, Beech Lodge staff.

My mum came to Beech Lodge just a year ago, and at first, I had a few doubts about its location and level of care available given the experiences she had had previously at other nursing homes. However, those doubts were completely unfounded, and I was soon singing the praises of the wonderful caring staff at Beech Lodge, the facilities available and the level of inclusion for all residents every single day. The staff do a brilliant job keeping the residents entertained, all residents seem happy and well cared for, the meal looks very appetising and nutritious, although I would like to see more photos on display of the people that can't join in like the ones that can walk about I hope they have activities as well. Every staff member has been very kind, understanding to my mother.Even when she has been very difficult at times. I know even with vascular dementia, mum loves the staff and does treat the care home as her home. All our family feel blessed to have found the best care for mum at Beech Lodge. When visiting mum she looks fantastic hair clothes. Lots of effort goes into day-to-day gardening, cooking and artwork and so much more.
