I am happy with my purchase. The salesperson, Rosanna, is great!! She was knowledgeable and honest!!! My only complaint is they need to carry more furniture in the store to choose from.

Went to Bel furniture in Beaumont Texas to look around at living room sets. Great pricing and friendly staff. The sales people listened to what I want and helped me pick the best set for my needs. The cashier's are great and courteous. I got a call when my items were available for pick up and when I picked up, the warehouse guys helped me load and tie down my couches. I definitely recommend to anyone to go to Bel furniture to buy new stuff especially if u like an at home experience. Everyone made me feel like family.

If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the furniture is absolute JUNK. I'll admit, I am a bigger guy at around 300 lbs, but I bought a recliner that I was told was rated to 330. Absolute lie. This thing didn't last a single recline before disintegrating the paper thin plywood that was the upright portion of where the back hinges on the lower section. Who the heck puts plywood there? Damaged sectional,spring broke,wood fell to pieces. Couldn't get a refund only was able to either select another sectional or something in place of it,or keep damaged item and receive a small check.I felt if u were willing to send me a check why not the full amount for what it was worth it wasn't my fault it was a damaged item.

I had to bring back a sectional from Baton Rouge Louisiana because they don't deliver.Had a broken spring and cheap wood underneath had broken all to pieces.I had a choice to keep it or get a check for a certain amount which I refused and had to purchase something from their store couldn't get my money back and it was paid for.So,I learned a valuable lesson. I purchased a sectional, just was sitting on it,and the spring popped.Repair guy came out,saw the spring was broken,all the wood crushed,wasn't able to repair. I asked could they credit back to the card,answer was option one get a check in a certain amount and keep the sofa or purchase another one from their store.I didn't want anymore furniture from them because the quality definitely isn't good quality material. Bought dining room chairs and barstools,in 2024,1 year later was sitting on one of the chairs and one of the legs broke in the middle of the leg contacted Bel Furniture by email,text also phone call and got no response.The concern I have is Bel Furnture is selling repaired or damaged furniture as a new furniture price just letting folks know Bel Furniture is deceiving people for a profit.I took pictures of the damaged leg to show where it was being repaired
