Bought a Living room set in latter part of 2019 with full 5 year warranty package that I paid for. In 2021 noticed stitching coming apart at seams. The person who sold us the furniture assured us it was high quality furniture with a five year warranty to back it up! WRONG!!! They don't appear to warranty nothing! You get what you pay for, cheep furniture! I will never buy from these folks ever again!
Walked in the store, passing a worker outside. Toured the whole building & no one ever asked if we needed help. Same worker saw us walking towards the exit door & then asked if we needed help, after we were done. 1 worker was with a previous customer but other than that everyone just sat around on their phone. No one ever checked on us or asked if we needed assistance. Plus building felt like there was no A/C. I will NOT be going back, I'll order offline.
