We just moved in a bigger place, a LOT bigger. And a bunch of our older things were just too old and dingy to keep. So we needed to fill all these empty rooms...but still stay within our budget. We went to Bel during one of their sales and we found a nice bedroom set as well as a lovely new bed and dresser for my daughter. The delivery was very prompt . All in all it was a very nice experience

So I purchased a bed and a simple living room set from Bel about five years ago. I must say that I appreciate their ability to not force the upsale. I went here about two weeks ago and it was great to not feel some immense pressure to purchase a $5K bedroom set. I have been able to just check out the inventory and walk away without the immediate need to finalize a purchase for the sake of a sales commission. Much respect to Bel Furniture for their ability to not do the "Do or Die" hard sale.

Communication, delivery timing, and customer service were all extremely disappointing. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding my purchase. Emails went unanswered, and I was never provided with delivery updates. Then when I wanted to cancel, wanted to charge me a 25% restock fee. Bought an electric recliner floor model. After it was delivered and setup by a third party delivery company the middle LED would not work and the speaker system was also not working. after numerous calls to customer service . No one address the issue . I even took a drive to the store I purchased. I had to source a power adapter and the LED extension wire costing me extra. This was my third purchase in six years. It will be the LAST.

I ordered a boxspring and a children's bed online. I saw the fine print saying that orders usually take 10-14 days which is why I ordered when I did. The boxspring came in a reasonable timeframe but the children's bed did not. It took nearly a month to arrive and it has a bookcase attached so I thought it'd be great and that's why I bought it. Will never have anything to do with this company again! Rude as hell customer service. They trap you in "your item is a special order" so you either pay them to cancel an order or pay twice what you are quoted for shipping. I placed an order online because it offered "Free Shipping" for my item. It made me enter the shipping address. It was never going to be shipped to me. They will ship it to their warehouse and then charge you to have it ship from there. Then tell you it's an $89 delivery and then charge you double caus... read more

First I have to say they need to call themselves Bel Refurbished Furniture and I will explain why. So we went there just recently in December of 2025 they had some special going on but we didn't choose their sets on sale we chose one that was not on sale. Oh and By the way that Delivery free and set up free isn't real its false advertisement, the sales person pointed it out to me on their brochure small writing.
