Turned out that I knew my salesman family, it was a big surprise, she was very friendly and polite, so was the gentleman up front, very helpful
Knowledgeable and friendly, Amy helped us find the perfect living room set and helped us get through the finance process.
Bought a sofa set and was told warranty would cover anything from pets to stains and couches started peeling and warranty company said will not cover it even though we hadn’t had sofas long. Get warranty information in writing don’t take anyone’s word for it. LESSON LEARNED!!!
Calvin was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Evan was just as great!! He set everything up for us & did not leave until we were satisfied. Had a great experience...I would definitely recommend Bel Furniture. One week after delivery I noticed the USB port was not working so Evan came back to save the day!! He is always so friendly & professional...he is definitely a valuable asset to the company. Fixed the problem so I am still a happy customer.
