They have good deals on furniture. We were able to talk the salesman into letting us take the floor model also so we did not have to wait.

My wife and I have made 4 different purchases from the Victoria location in the last 4 years. At times the delivery can be slow or take 3-4 weeks for scheduling. However, the furniture is, on a scale from 1-10, a 7-8. It is not high class solid wood furniture but it is good. And, I do not have to pay like it is solid wood or priced like it is supposed to be high grade furniture. The salesman we use is very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate this furniture store, for what they sale, an 8.

The store isn't the most flashy, however it is clean, well organized, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The prices are the lowest in town, at all quality levels. The Furniture they carry is in stock and can be picked up if it's truly needed same day. Or it can be delivered and set up.

My name is Dr. Cynthia Airhart, DC, CCEP, I am a chiropractor at Crossroads Chiropractic Clinic, in Victoria, the right mattress is very important. I recommend a firm one with a memory foam topper. In Victoria I just went to BEL FURNITURE STORE and talked to Joe about my recommendations for a mattress for neck and back pain. They also take prescriptions for new mattresses so you will get a big discount off the taxes.

Service was terrible me my husband and kid went in the store looking for home improvement ideas and a man worker wouldn't stop filling us around we circled the store 2 times trying to look in peace and followed us both times. We told him we weren't interested in buying anything just getting an idea of what we wanted and he still continued to follow after telling him multiple times. If I could give this place a 0 star I would definitely. We were the only ones being followed nobody else was being followed around.

We purchased a bedroom set July, 2023. It was originally $2,000, and we got it on sale for around $1,300. On Sunday, March 3, my husband sat on the edge of the bed, and the rail broke in half. He weighs 200 pounds. I walled the Victoria store on Monday morning. I was asked to send a picture and a description of what had happened. I was told we would hear back by the end of the day. Been waiting months for our living room furniture and have been lied to multiple times now. I have canceled appointments to make sure I'm home on the day of delivery. I just keep getting the go around. Customer service could care less about trying to make things right. Managers were no help either and could care less.

Bait and Switch! I replied to an add with a specific price on a piece of furniture, asking if it was still available. I was told "yes". After driving over an hour to get there, I was shown the piece that I inquired about through marketplace, and was told it's now $253 instead of the $149 that was advertised and agreed upon in my conversation through marketplace an hour before.

don't ever trust the salesman they lie about the discount they are giving you and they never take it off the bill. and when you say something to them they try to make it look like you didn't understand them.
