Worst place ever! Tuesday March 8th 2022. the three stooges working. between the three of them they couldn't make a refund happen. After they jack me around for over two months on a mirror i was suppose to pick up in two days. They have my $50. & there's nothing i can do. They RIP people off. and the weinie guy there thats only worked a day in his life laughed hysterically because hes a weinie and has no life. instead of being helpful He laughed about stealing our money. Hes sick & cant even do a womans job right

I went to bel furniture victoria tx. Bought a new bed, sectional, and electric chair. First delivery the bed and sectional was good. The recliner was delivered broken. Bel furniture sent another one but it was used and stained, and wrong color. They told me to come in and pick one off floor. I was then told I would have to pay another delivery fee to pick up chair and deliver the right one. I will never use bel furniture victoria tx again

This store does not even deserve a star! I was set to get my couches and kitchen table 2 weeks after purchase ( Dec 18th) well when that date came around and I received nothing I call the company to only find out that they BY THEM SELFS decided to reschedule my delivery with out no heads up or calls NOTHING (mind u this is right before Christmas) they had set my delivery for more then 2 months from the day I purchased my stuff then what the worst part is that when they finally did deliver they ripped my flooring that I had J... read more

They have nothing in stock. All that you see are display models. If you want to buy something, expect to wait two weeks for them to order it for you from their other warehouse in Katy. Completely useless to go inside. Another reason why online shopping is blowing retail out of the water.

My second encounter with the Store Manager - never been helpful and has poor customer service. First time, when I was doing shopping furniture for new house and second time today! Do not go here - go to the one in Katy much better selection and way better customer service. Doesn't even deserve one star!!!

This company does not keep its word. Even after paying for a delivery fee I to call them to be informed that the furniture was not coming for another 12 days because there was no room on the truck which they load 2 days prior oh and is also the same day they called me to confirm they would be delivering it. Shop elsewhere not worth the headache or the time.

You always get what you pay for! Poorly made sofa set I purchased April of 2019, with a useless warranty that you can not cancel until 5 years have passed & they will give you a $200 credit but you must purchase more than $500 which I am pretty sure after five years they will come up with something else or void somehow! I purchased this set for $1400 paid for the warranty and had it delivered and is now $898. I know things go on sale but $500 what a difference!
