I went see to Belinda on October 8th, 2019 to see about getting a mortgage on a Condo that I had a contract on. She said she thought we would be able to close by October 31, 2019. I had the contact on the Condo, I had a contract for the sale of my house & my buyer had a contract on her house. We all were going through Stockton Mortgage & they were able to get all 3 of our closing done on October 31, 2019. An amazing feat as my Appraisal didn't get done on the Condo until October 28, 2019 !
Because my son had just graduated from college and was hired in a full-time position for only a month, I thought it very unlikely that he'd be able to obtain a mortgage. Belinda MADE IT HAPPEN! So grateful to Belinda and Stockton Mortgage!!
