Despite challenges that come with building a home, the Finacial aspect was by far the least stressful part of it. Belinda was very helpful and attentive to our needs or questions. This refinance was easy with the new web interface that reduces in-person meetings. It allows for prompt notifications to meet important deadlines for all parties involved. Overall, it was a smooth process even during the holiday season and during the covid pandemic.
