Belinda was asked to do the impossible She worked very hard to help my wife and I We sold our home and needed to purchase another one in a short period of time and be moved in before I was to have 2 major surgery the day after Christmas She was always available to answer all of our questions and was able to pull it off without a hitch I still brag to my friends and relatives about the service we received from Belinda and everyone at Stockton Mortgage

We had some bumps in the road with the seller that made this process take much longer than it should have been but Belinda was very patient. She was very knowledgeable of what needed to be taken care of to keep moving forward.

The closing location changed without notification to agents or clients.

The rates were the lowest but information was not communicated well or timely. There were mistakes during most parts of the process. We had to ask questions in order to spur communication of information that should have been already relayed. Closing was delayed due to a mistake and probably would have been a second time if we weren't asking questions. The person was nice and apologetic but we expected a better job for an important process.
