I had expected someone to be there for the closing to answer any questions we had and walk me through it since I was a first time buyer. I was told by others that their bank representative did.

Belinda was amazing. We had a lot of issues with the builder and the real estate agent that was working on the BUILDER’S behalf. They didn’t have their ducks in a row and had some of the worst communication I’ve ever encountered. Belinda looked out for our interest and put us first through the entire process. She communicated with me regularly and when everything almost fell apart right at the end(builders fault), she was able to literally save the day.
