Belinda always kept me informed and up to date while going through the whole process. She was quick to return phone calls or text to answer any questions or concerns I had at the time. Very thorough and professional.

Would not say it was great but better than ok. I did not like constantly having to check to make sure numbers were correct when regards to incentive being applied. Not sure if this falls on Belinda or Studio.

The financial numbers are very important to anyone. When it came to our loan documents being updated my fiancé was able to identify the wrong loan amount being entered. Thankfully he was able to catch that, and Belinda was able to adjust the loan amount. Unfortunately, if we signed it would have been final. Be more vigilant please.

Belinda was a pleasure to work with. Extremely kind and understanding! I think the communication could have been just a tad better. With this home being our first, we were not familiar with the process. An approximate timeline was given, but nothing with the build or the loan process fell into that timeline. We were often left having to reach out for updates or for clarification to ensure that with my spouse and I being temporarily separated, that we could logistically plan as much as possible.
