Great communication and timely updates made our home buying process a smooth one!
Belinda was responsive and kind with her time. She explained things to us which we did not understand, even when that got repetitive. She advocated for us and was able to help us get a great rate and we are very happy with the experience.
Our specific agent, Belinda, was great. However, KHBS failed to get us our final closing documents until FOUR HOURS prior to our Closing appointment to get keys. Even then, they didn't update everything and we had to get changes made AT the closing table. Considering we had a "Clear to Close" several weeks prior to our closing date, that was unacceptable.
Belinda was our advocate. Always calling, texting, emailing checking on us, and of course our work situation. She made us feel cared for, and not just checking to make sure we could still qualify for our purchase. We had a hiccup at closing, and I sent her a panicked text, and she jumped right into action to ensure we closed without further issue. What a wonderful experience.
