Belinda was friendly but not who I'd choose to work with again. It felt like sometimes questions or situations were not answered thoroughly. 1. Given a rate lock situation and that one of the buyers is a first time home buyer, it would have been appreciated if the CURRENT rate would have been given before closing so we could have compared the two so that we were assured there was due diligence there. 2.
