Belinda & her team were so helpful! We are new to Texas and things are done a little different. She walked us through it all. The entire KB team is excellent! We are so thankful for them all.
It got confusing when Ms Whitaker was to be my contact person. Some times Ms Whitaker would answer & sometimes Ms Powell. So, I began to have to include both on e- mails to ensure I covered all my basis. I ever did a $ amount to provide to the title company, even though it was to be given the day before closing.
I appreciate the communication we had. I referred my sister, Gilda Coppedge, she is buying the model home at Legend Point.
The only thing that put a bad taste in our mouths was lot being told we could lock in our interest rate. By the time we knew we could, interest rates had already gone up

They displayed care for KB customers in making things as smooth as possible. These two ladies are top notch in their fields.
