It got confusing when Ms Whitaker was to be my contact person. Some times Ms Whitaker would answer & sometimes Ms Powell. So, I began to have to include both on e- mails to ensure I covered all my basis. I ever did a $ amount to provide to the title company, even though it was to be given the day before closing.
