Smoke-Free? I thought this was supposed to be a smoke-free property, but people smoke cigarettes and weed constantly. The smell travels through the building into other people's apartments and management does nothing to address this issue. The lease states: “Smoking anywhere inside buildings which includes entrances and exit doors of the dwelling community is strictly prohibited.” “Smoking on balconies, patios, and limited common areas attached to or outside your dwelling is not permitted.” So, smoking is a clear violation of... read more

Verified Renter Not worth the price. Too focused on upgrading amenities to market the place rather than making it actually nice to live within. The lack of care by maintenance and the leasing staff shows in how the residents treat the property. Lack of communication by leasing staff on issues throughout (the compacter being broken for months with no updates to residents on what to do or when it might be fixed.
