POOR Maintenance Zero stars. DONT MOVE HERE. Worst service experience ever. Nobody will show up for maintenance requests. They have mandatory 50 dollar Comcast basic TV package. What a BS! All the one star reviews are true with my experience.

To lease with Westwind Farms the cable TV, and Valet Waste service is a required addition to the lease, however this requirement is made known prior to leasing an apartment with us. Worst complex experience ever. Hopefully you get lucky with a good experience - but my experience was awful. My ceiling leaked for 4 months straight and then they patched it up. Each month the cracks reappeared and 6 months later it started leaking again. Instead of management moving us at all with paying for our movers into a safe apartment, they left us with a completely open ceiling with wet banisters. Very disappointed I am living in here for last 10 months. Wrost service and they don't care for residents. No courtesy towards residents and people. They don't deserve not even one star rating .
Would NOT Recommend I have lived here for a year and a half and have experienced one issue after another. Customer service in the leasing office is horrible, employees lack basic knowledge of my bill, there are hidden fees for everything, and maintenance problems are only partially resolved. I'm counting down the days until I can move out!
Awesome Since I moved in, I have not had any reason to stay anything negative about this apartment. It is a friendly environment.
cozy quiet place to call home Westwind farms is a quiet and clean community with all the amenities you could ever want in an apartment. I am happy to call it home.
Westwind Apartments While my opinion is based on this being my first apartment to live in since I was in the Air Force or was married and owned a house for most of my adult life. The Westwind apartments are average. There are no frills in the apartment and very little in the apartment complex. They have a pool and small gym and try to promote community events which I have not attended. Great starter apartment This is my first apartment experience, and I'm happy with Westward so far. The rent is reasonable for what you get and it's clean. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom with nice high ceilings, great big windows that let in a lot of natural light, and a decent sized patio- not to mention a huge tub, and two sink vanity in the bathroom.
