Terrible Maintenance and Terrible Office Management My wifeand I have lived here for 2 months now and it has been a nightmare from day one. We transferred from a Bell apartment in Frisco that we absolutely loved and were surprised at how they handle business here in Round Rock. The first day moving in was awful, I called the apartment because I thought we were going to be arriving on site about 5 min after they closed. Beautiful Property - Terrible management Exceptional property but there is dogs doo doo everywhere. I was very sad to have to move out recently but could not stand the duplicitous nature of management. Nice pool. Lots of speeding cars and dog dooky. Nice pool and nice apartment layout is why there is even one star. You decide.
3 stars for the price Been here for two years and it is still the cheapest place in the area. The property itself is kept up nice and except for the property manager the staff is all nice, especially the maintenance. The gym is horrible, the pool is nice. I would say good for college students, not much else.
Bell at Teravista I just moved in to Bell at Teravista and love it so far. Great amenity center, great pool, nice neighbors and it's right across the street from my nursing school. It's also convenient for any medical professionals bc Scott & White, Seton and St. David's hospital are close. It's a nice, new complex and it's gated.
