If you follow the rules, pick up your dogs mess and don't have loud parties you are good to live here. My work orders have been completed pretty quick lately. Everyone is pretty friendly. There does not seem to be enough people in the office as at sometimes there is only one person in the office (the first time I came to look at the property the office was closed) and on weekends if visitors come to look at the property the office is closed since there is only one person in the office. Verified Renter To my surprise, this apartment is very average and should not have been listed ready to move into with the issues it had. However, if there is anything someone should know before moving in, the walls are paper thin. You will hear EVERYTHING from neighbors. Most of the staff is very friendly and maintenance has always been pretty well responsive.
