Verified Renter I moved here from out of state, sight unseen. I wasnt expecting much, and Bell Austin exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean when my partner and I moved in. The community is always clean and the 24 hour gym is great for our lifestyle. Our apartment backs up to a nature preserve, and although it located on a busy street, the nature preserve brings lots of privacy. We will definitely be renewing our lease here.

Tenants not valued I went into meet with the new property manager Daniel. I proceeded to inform him of the ongoing issues to the common areas. When I expressed concern about pool gates all being locked except for one on Sunday, July 20th, he advised abruptly the matter is resolved and that he has staff in place so weekend temps who do not know how the complex is run, will not be necessary.
