Verified Renter After 47 years of marriage, between home ownership, we have on occasion have had to do short term rentals. We felt comfortable moving into Bell South, as our son and 2 granddaughters Have lived here 17 months-problem free. This is the first time we have moved in and found it not necessary to "re clean" the apartment. Everything was spotless !! Sharon, Rhonda and Jean have been wonderful.
Verified Renter Bell Austin Southwest has excellent office personnel, along with excellent maintenance staff, great location, clean grounds and feel very safe here. I am totally satisfied and glad I chose this community.
New Management Needs Work I had originally left a good review for this place about a year ago. But that was before the shift in management. Just be careful if you live here. They tend to tell you one thing and then another to your face when it comes to policy and pricing. We had never had issues and we always paid our rent on time. And we were on our way out after two years of living here. However, days before, my fiance and I asked what a "FULL HEAVY CLEAN" was supposed to cost. And we were told $175 USD.
