Verified Renter The Good: I love my apartment! The finishes, fixtures, and appliances are first rate and the tall ceilings and big windows give a spacious modern feel. The new landscaping is beautiful! I was worried that they would do the minimum to refresh the plantings, but they really did it up nice. The Bad: Walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. Verified Renter I have lived in this apartment for a year and overall it has been a good experience. The location is great with a convenient transportation and a pleasant surrounding environment. The staff are also very helpful and responsive. However, there are some downsides to note. The noise level can be quite high at times and the internet connection is not very stable, plus it only supports one service provider. Verified Renter I have been living here for the past month and I find the community here extremely pleasing. The shopping centres here are extremely nearby and Whole Foods is just right across the street for me. I love the quality of the apartments here. The maintenance is on time.

Verified Renter I have lived here since 2020 and it has been an amazing place to live. The level of security is relatively high and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I saw the management change and from what I have seen the standard of living and service from the employees has maintained the same if not increased.
