0 Star : My Experience I felt that my issue was handled timely and I love how clean my car was when I got it back. However I had a crack in my windshield that wasn’t there when I took it in. I was explained that it was most likely stemming from a rock chips that were in my windshield and I understand it may not have been from anything the techs did but I still turned my car in with no crack and had it returned with a very large crack almost a foot in length.
0 Star : My Experience The final repairs are sloppy at best. There are now new scratches all along where my fenders meet the hood, from sanding the fenders without tapping off the hood panel. The scratches run the entire length on both sides where each fender meets the hood. The front and rear bumper covers are sagging away at the seems and have uneven gap lines. 0 Star : My Experience I was very displeased to learn that for nearly $5000, used parts were put on my vehicle. Used parts that were dirty and damaged. Additionally, the time it took was not initially explained. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Say it again. Decent service other than time told it would take versus time it actually took. Very unhappy that they used second hand parts.
