0 Star : My Experience What's the point of dropping your car off for an estimate on a Saturday if no one is there to look at it til monday afternoon? I also asked for an estimate to paint the spoiler on the car and was given a number but no one ever followed up to see if i wanted it done...

0 Star : My Experience No contact needed. It would have been better if someone had contacted me after the initial estimate was done, instead of just letting me know the day before it was supposed to be ready. We could have then discussed the issues that were disagreed upon before I came to pick the car up the first time. The work that was done is of good quality and the office staff is friendly. Grade: B
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Vandalism happened Feb 15 th. They Delayed towing the car to the shop and today is Match 27 th and we still don't know yet where we stand. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Car Not fixed fully even now. 5/17/21.Same problems starting last 2 weeks Since ~ May 1st. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Told 4 day turn around. Was 3 weeks. Told delay due to servers down. Down for 48 hours plus. What kind of company let's there servers be off line for 48 hours plus. Had to bring vehicle back to have window repaired. Would not roll up. Staff spoke negatively about us behind our back. 5 Star : My Experience The vehicle looks good. However, your front desk receptionist need customers service skills and etiquette training. I walked in this morning and she had an attitude when answering any questions. 0 Star : My Experience I don’t appreciate being lied to when I called to move my car to another shop. Brock said my car was in pieces and needed to be towed to the next shop. I relayed the message to claim adjuster and then I get call from your shop it was okay to be picked up and will be charged 250.00 because I canceled you was not given the okay from my insurance to proceed.
