Verified Renter 5/5 Stars. Wonderful place to live!! Will be even better after the construction on 2222 clears up. Front office staff caters almost immediately to any needs you may have and not to mention they are super cool. Having a Target and HEB right next door was useful and there’s many food options in the vicinity.
Verified Renter Very good community to live in, well maintained with some well thought out floor plans to choose from. Having the option of a garage and/or covered parking is also really nice.
Verified Renter This complex is expensive for a small sq ft. Luxury sure but thats non of my business. They also a have a strict pet policy on 90% of the most common breeds.

Go elsewhere Wasn't going to do this until I received a rude email from Kassandra in the front office. Never in my life have I come across such an inept management staff. Hope someone up the latter reads these.... There are 3 treadmills in gym, but none of them are currently working. There are 2 elliptical, but only one working. I've notified the front office and maintenance 3 times in recent months, but still hasn't been fixed. My garage door wouldn't open. Asked front office for key to unlock it, but they said they can't f... read more
Verified Renter I have lived at Bell Four Point for 2 year now and i love it here. It's quiet and the people are friendly. Management helps with any concerns you have and is always courteous and friendly. Maintenance is always there to help with any problems and they clean up after themselves. this place is home for me
