Without visiting prior to move-in, I was so pleased with the property and walked in with a huge smile on my face the first time seeing it. It is beautiful, welcoming and safe.
Verified Renter Honestly such an amazing apartment! Its a breath of fresh air from my old place down the road. They communicate in thing going on in apartment immediately. They are always responsive when I have question. Kassandra is the best leasing agent I have met! She remembers me and everything about my lease without looking it up! The apartment has great finishes and the layout is amazing!
Verified Renter I love my apartment and the location. The only issue I have had since I have been there is the office staff and communication. I do not believe there has been management since I've been there so I am hoping that the new staff will be better.

Worst place I have lived so far The apartment residents are cheap and shady people. The apartment is too far without any transport facility. The leasing office is rude and full of arrogance and does not take care of apartment amenities. The swimming pool water is very bad in quality. They close the pool table room and pool side hangout area by 10PM. There are absolutely no trees in the apartment hence no natural feeling or shades, literally no greenery. The on-site team has not had any noticeable issues with any residents; if you have something you'd like to share with them about a neighbor that impacts your tenancy, please feel free to let them know. The pools chemicals are also checked daily by the maintenance team.
