Verified Renter The location of the apartment is very good. I have lived here for 8 months and the manager I initially worked with left last fall. I think I should’ve been told about the daily construction below my unit. It is extremely noisy every morning and continues through most of the day. It’s not just the equipment, but the workers talk loudly. The garbage cost is excessive. This is the fourth apartment I have leased in the area and I have never paid so much! Verified Renter I would give less than one star if I could. My sink has been leaking onto the floor and maintenance continues to not repair the issue and management has been unable to offer any assistance. Beyond that there have been constant issues with loss of power/water/every day it is something else. Almost none of the doors work properly and the hallways are disgusting and smell terrible. I cannot wait for my lease to end so that i can get away from this mismanaged dump

Verified Renter When i first moved in the apartments, it was nice and safe. I didn’t have too many problems and the price was reasonable. Now, since new management, it’s like a problem happens every other work. They take weeks to fix things, communication is non existent. The actual gate inside the garage still doesn’t work and that hasn’t been fixed since i moved in and that May of 2022, it’s been broke since July, so paying for safety when it’s not there is insane.

This is not luxury This property is not luxury. Many people who live here are disrespectful, dirty, and slow. They leave garbage around, they make too much, they steal your packages, and they leave shopping carts everywhere. You will not have a peaceful night's sleep. Look at the cost of the apartment and the specials they run. There is a reason why the property is in disrepair. The worst people are able to rent here, so good luck.

Verified Renter Late rent fees are horrible, rent rate is too high, apartment is too small, nosy neighbors and hallways, dogs barking, parking too close to my vehicle, office never answers phone, switching managers and hallways look the same.

Verified Renter The community is not good at the moment. It doesn’t feel at all like a commmunity. I have always been able to tell what apartments are good based on this culture. There is not a culture here nor does it strive to be. If you want a place to come and go and not know your neighbors this is the place. It’s very transactional, dog eat dog and no respect for the other.
Verified Renter Seems like everything is getting worse. Place is too dirty. The other residents seem like they don’t care about the mess or are the ones leaving a mess. Elevator keeps on breaking. Pretty much no security with all these doors being broken

Verified Renter The lack of some what discipline or basic guidelines of residence is something. Shopping baskets, trash sitting 1 foot from a completely empty trash chute, cars that aren’t ever moved with flat tires, trash left on the awnings. The not cleaned out apartments when moving in.
