Verified Renter The only good thing I can say is the apartment has a great location in Frisco. However, the apartment fire alarms go off all the time and you have to evacuate. It needs to be cleaner. They had major problems with water pipes in the garage. There needs to be better safety measures taken and surveillance placed in the garage and other areas.

Verified Renter I would not recommend living here if you value your mental health. Some dog owners dont pick up after their dogs and other people keep tripping off the fire alarms constantly. You never know when youll bet interrupts in the middle of the night by blaring alarms. The cost is reasonable at least, but I could not recommend this place to anyone in good conscience.

Nonetheless I appreciate what we do have and have no complaints about the community itself. I cant give a fully review in its entirety because COVID-19 has change the ability to go enjoy some of the amenities but that is not due to the apartment so I cant wait to enjoy those when I can.
