Overall a pleasant car buying experience I was referred to Bell Honda by a friend/co-worker to purchase a Used Vehicle that was on their lot. After I was initially told the price of the vehicle and was provided with an estimated "out the door" price, I walked into the Fleet Finance department and spoke with Mr. Kevin Covington who showed me the vehicle. Incredible! The sales aspect of the deal was incredible. I had a rock bottom price I wanted to pay, they had the color I wanted, went over that number via phone and email with Kevin WITH a trade in, and it was hassle free. I drove 2 hours to get the car and was pleasantly surprised when I showed up that there was NO jerking around or hassles. Kevin had a no nonsense approach that I really appreciated. Thank you! I called around the valley first trying to track down who had White Honda Fit's in stock, Bell Honda had 5! After talked to a couple of different people on the phone I made my way down to the dealership and met up with Carlos Valadez, He was very helpful and we quickly came to a price that we could both agree on. Nice experience! We started with e-mail deciding what to buy. Carlos invited me down to see and drive the 2011 Honda CRV with everything except 4 W/D.My experience with BEll Honda was exceptional. Jason Teel assisted Carlos in the sale and explaned everything about the CRV. After driving the CRV I decided to buy and the price was agreed to in a friendly manner. Straightforward We were sent to Bell Honda through Costco. Participating dealers are required to show customers the pre-arranged Costco pricing for the vehicle they want to buy, so we had information "up front" about pricing. They have treated me with respect and accommadated me all around. I love them, especially my sales person Jason Teel! I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring model. WONDERFUL expereince I had a wonderful experience at Bell Honda. I wasn't sure that I wanted a used car from a dealership but they made it much easier than I expected. Jason helped me find my car and get through the paper work. Chris helped me with the financing and made everything easy to understand and as quick as possible. I absolutely love my car, it's perfect.
