Verified Renter BKM is pretty nice. The rent is decent although I think more should be included. The staff is very friendly but the maintenance response time isnt great. I pray I never have a real emergency.

Newly renovated apartments that are substantially larger than others that I considered. A friendly and helpful office staff are a plus. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and are competent. There is a family feel to the community.

Verified Renter Toooooo expensive, for the lack of things that should be on such a big property. Like a playground. Making sure ppl are picking up after their pets and making their dogs are on leashes at all times. To many trees, with branches that are constantly falling.
