Best place to live in Kennesaw! I just moved from Mountain Park Estates due to a change in school that required me to relocate. I was deeply sadden by the move because after living there four years I can't imagine living in any other apartment complex. Having to move to Atlanta and realizing how much less space I get for my buck was frustrating. Would definitely recommend! Moved here last September and have loved it! This apartment complex has a lot more families and is geared more to a community setting. Which makes it a lot safer and friendlier than my previous apartment. I feel like I live in a neighborhood. Our apartment was exactly like the model they showed us; very clean and bright. There is no place like home! While I am not a big fan of apartments, this community has really put my faith back into it. I moved here a year and half ago ,after my husband sold our home. I had previously had bad experiences living in apartment communities. I vowed never to return! This is very quiet, friendly , clean, safe, very strict. Poor Management Mountain Park Estates is a great neighborhood for small young Families and even college students. Although management could use a little common sense this is a great neighborhood. They do a lot of evens for the residents and the community.

This Place is Awesome We moved from Kansas City, to here! I have never lived anywhere else but KC and the staff here made me feel welcome from the start! I love the amenities, the staff, the spacious apartments, the landscaping, pool and gym. The maintenance staff responds immediately and the alert you of any thing going on around the complex. They are involved in the community, pet friendly and I just love it. I recommend Mountain Park Estates to anyone! I love it here

Mountain Park Estates Too many management changes over the past 2 yrs. Poor grounds keeping. Security gates often left open for days. Great maintenance service, very large spacious apts. Ridiculous hours for the work out room and pool. Whole complex needs to be paved, new lines for parking spaces. Rent is very affordable. Safe area. Why they took away a way for you to drop off rent checks or fees from the outside when the office is closed is very inconvienent for those of us that prefer to pay with a check. Spacious, but poor maintenance Great sized apartments. Safe neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Maintenance and upkeep inside the apartment is not so great, and there tends to be miscommunication between office and maintenance team quite often.

Quite and tucked away This complex has been home for two years and has been a great respite from work at the end of the day. Haven't had any major issue to complain about .
