The grounds are clean and dog friendly. The unit is quiet. All the appliances are energy efficient and are exceptional. Very happy I chose Bell Lake Forest!

Verified Renter Beautifully kept apartment community. Lovely landscaping and grounds and apartments leave nothing to be desired. They are updated, very clean and the surrounding area was very quiet. Staff was wonderful in compiling with any issue that arose and I didn't even want to leave. Near Publix and shopping mall, hair salon and eateries. Great experience!!!

Mixed Reviews The amenities at Bell Lake Forest are very good. The fixtures are nice, the weight room is convenient, and the pool is well taken care of (though for some reason management insists on blaring music in the mistaken belief that it adds a nice ambience to the place...) All that being said, the apartments are noisy. Noise echoes in the hallways. You can easily hear your neighbor's dog, music, arguments, etc. If you want to come home and relax, you'll have to hope that you end up with decent neighbors, otherwise be ... read more
