Verified Renter It is a joy to be a resident at Bell Lake Forest the Community office personnel are always nice and helpful the pool and the gym and kept clean maintenance issues are always handled immediately it is a joy to live at this location with the grocery store and bank within walking distance. I always recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends

Verified Renter As residents we have always appreciated the staff. The maintenance has always been excellent as they strive to keep thing kleen and picked up. They are good at issueing warnings to residents when things need to be corrected like in the pool area and commons area. Management does a good job monitoring those areas.

The floor plan's in this complex dominate the competition, especially the 2 bedroom layout with a gorgeous open floor plan and a beautiful Island that separates the kitchen and living room. I couldn't ask for a more perfect fit for my wife and I. Thank you so much Bell Partners for making my first apartment rental the best experience of my life!
