Mixed Reviews The amenities at Bell Lake Forest are very good. The fixtures are nice, the weight room is convenient, and the pool is well taken care of (though for some reason management insists on blaring music in the mistaken belief that it adds a nice ambience to the place...) All that being said, the apartments are noisy. Noise echoes in the hallways.
