Verified Renter At first I loved living at the Bell Lancaster, but lately things has changed for the worst. Security has gone down, one way street are causing more traffic, guest parking always has been an issues and of coarse the animal droppings all of over the apartment complex which creates a awful smell. I know that it out of your control but its been a problem for the last year. Invest in security cameras and you guys would catch the people who are not cleaning up after their pets.
Verified Renter Great location, and the floor plan and design of the rooms are nice. The office staff has been super helpful and friendly. There were some maintenance issues upon move in, but they were resolved fairly quickly.
