DO NOT CONSIDER IT Wish I could leave even less than 1 star. I visit one of my friends there frequently (6 times a month). And parked in the same spots that are always available for guests in the garage.there is a sign that says "parking for residents and guests" in the area we parked in yet we got towed still when we left our friends apartment. There was a duct taped sign on the backside of the entrance that is IMPOSSIBLE to see on the backside of the wall that says you will be towed if you are not a resident, and we parked... read more

Poorly managed, not worth the price, infested I could write a story on the bad experience I have had living here, however as the owner of several businesses in the area I don't have time for that. Here is a simple list: took over a month to fix my broken washer and dryer which was leaking all over my apartment ( I live in White Buffalo, thankfully I have concrete floors)(also, no concessions were made for this large problem), there is an insect and bug problem which has not been properly addressed (roaches in the hallways et... read more
Worst apartment experience ever Despite really nice people working in the leasing office, this has been my worst experience living in an apartment. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and no one cleans up after themselves or animals. The maintenance team is also difficult to work with. Would not recommend to anyone.
What i think I think I can consider myself living here in the years to come with the modern look.
