Verified Renter Great location and view (depends), great amenities, very quiet and clean, very friendly and approachable managers, periodic updates/ event notices from managers, good response from management during COVID-19 (regularly cleaned, not sure about rent payment but sounded pretty accommodating in emails from management)...but a little pricey (Especially the $120/month compulsory technology bundle-cable internet...which you have to pay even if you dont use cable)... Overall rating- very good!!

Verified Renter Bell Pasadena is a great community offering luxury apartment layouts and modern finishes. The complex is convenient for commuting downtown and many other businesses are nearby. The downfall of living here is the exceptionally high rent and the residents dont always take responsibility for their actions.
