Verified Renter Nice, quite, clean, safe place with a great location and with the right apartment, great view of the mountains!!! The only issue is the cost of Internet TV bundle is not negotiable...If you live in an apartment here, you have to pay $200 for the bundle...It's a waste for some people who mostly watch Netflix, etc. Overall grade- A- (just because of the non-negotiable bundle)

Verified Renter Bell Pasadena is located near many stores and restaurants. The parking is very good. Management is responsive and friendly. The community is quiet and nice. Maintenance keeps grounds clean and I enjoy living here
Verified Renter Building: good. Location: good. Management: good but seems unable to resolve the intolerable noise during quiet hours that is produced by the individual living in the 330 unit above us and that weve endured for an entire year!
