Verified Renter The complex is amazing. It is very peaceful and away from traffic. The best part is that, while it is away from traffic, it is not too far from downtown. The neighbors are friendly and very respectful of others properties and business. The staff is also extremely helpful and understanding about any on going issues or concerns. They truly do make you feel at ease and at home.

It is a smaller-unit complex which translates to a more personal feel in everything they do (front office and maintenance). The apartments are built to "condo-specs" and it's really true!
