Verified Renter I have lived at Bell Quarry for several years. It is convient to shopping areas and major roads/highways. There are numerous medical offices and a hospital nearby. Office personnel and maintenance are great.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE! CARELESS MANAGEMENT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR RIGHTS OF PEACE & QUIET! FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS, THEY HAD PAINTERS AND CONSTUCTIONS STARTING THEIR WORK AT 5PM ON FRIDAY AND WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL MONDAY MORNING! GUESS WHAT? NO ONE IN THE OFFICE DURING THIS TIME AND THEIR MANAGEMENT IS OFF TO GET WASTED AT THE LOCAL NEIGHTBORHOOD BAR! COMPLAIN AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, BECAUSE NO ONE CARES!
Verified Renter If I didn’t have to move out of state, I would have never moved from Bell Quarry Hill. The management is top notch, especially Claire, and the maintenance team is on top of their game! Look no further, this is the place to be!
Spanish Villa just outside South Austin I've been living here for almost a year now and I can't really complain about anything. The apartments are well maintained, nicely designed with top of the line appliances, huge fridge, gas stove and a really nice microwave. The buildings are built to "condo specs" so they all have concrete between floors, thicker walls which makes them really quiet. There is a small but nice pool area with a well equipped gym. Hassle Free Living Bell Quarry lives up to their motto of hassle free living. Their green practice eliminates the hassles of taking time to come to the office to sign and printing/faxing the lease agreement. This quaint complex has a resort lodge style feel and give you 5 star service. The grounds and common areas are immaculate. The units are solid, a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I like the floor plan, the fixtures are up to date and gas stove is a great feature!
