Verified Renter A great place to live with beautiful location, convenient shopping, updated apartments. The staff is responsive and pleasant. Theres a wide range of ages enjoying the apartments. The pool and exercise facility are well kept and enjoyable. And did I mention the little beach on the riverfront? What could be better than lying in a hammock and admiring the St. Johns?

Verified Renter This is a place of extremes. The office staff is extremely courteous and flexible but good luck having them answer a phone. The place is super well maintained, but trash bags litter the corridors all the time (have pictures). Apartments are nice but some appliances are 20yrs old and in poor shape.
Verified Renter I feel everyone at Bell riverside from the office staff and beyond have looked at me as an individual and has helped me no end. I feel they have gone above and beyond to help him through a family crisis and I am so proud to call Bell Riverside HOME. Thank you to all the staff.
