Verified Renter Great location and maintenance staff. The apartments are a bit smallish but are in great shape and clearly well kept between tenants. Karen has been wonderful and always receptive to our questions and needs. However, given the cost of living here, the front office and security have been an overall disappointment. If any serious issues come up while living here, contact other resources like a lawyer or law enforcement if you expect a resolution.

Verified Renter Circumstances have made it necessary to live in several high-end complexes in the past several years. I would have found my way to Bell Riverside several years ago, but at the time dogs were not allowed, unless service animals. I am so glad that the time has finally come. The bottom line is that I am happy here.
