Verified Renter I like how clean and neighborly the community is. It's not a very obvious thing, but the fact that a lot of neighbors have potted plants outside their doors or welcome rugs speaks volumes about the trust in the community. Given, it's a gated community, but it's still nice to know I'm surrounded by good people.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice, and the pool is great. We moved in during COVID so the rest of the amenities were closed unfortunately arent and have remained closed. Would love to use the gym and grilling areas.

We also wish we were able to open our pool area, but we are observing the LA County Board of Health requirements where it does not allow the community to be open. Verified Renter This building is the nicest I found within a 10 mile radius. I've looked for an apartment for 3 months and once I walked in I knew it was my new home. The staff is incredible, place is neat and clean. Very well maintained and they go above & beyond to make it a great experience for All. So satisfied here. Great Job!
