Verified Renter From the day we had our first tour and to this very day after move in the staff here and been nothing but accommodating in every aspect. They are ready to answer any questions and will make your living experience here like no other. The property is very well taken care of and service requests are done within a 48 hour period. You cant beat that.

Verified Renter I've been living in Bell South Bay for about two weeks now and I am so impressed with the quality of living and with the staff overall! Incredibly helpful and efficient. Yes the apartments are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for with high quality amenities, well-done apartment construction, community safety, location, etc. So happy to be here!
