I recently moved into this complex a month ago and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From day one, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Chris and staff. Kudos to Chris Morgan and team for the best move-in experience we could have possibly asked for. We were in a time crunch and Chris was able to expedite the process without a hitch. He truly made us feel we were his only tenant. Apartment was spotless upon move in with no major Maintenace issues to report. Thank you again for your attention to our needs!
I did a tour this weekend & i’m not moving until August, but this tour I did this past weekend with JADE, made me want to move-in TODAY! She was an amazing tour guide, she knew all of her information on the property as well as her residents. She’s such a personable person! I literally cannot wait until she’s in a property manager position! This woman really knows her stuff! We’ve moved in February 2023. From the start, our apartment was : _dirty ( our feet were black in minutes) _ broken fridge door _ac wasn’t cooling _ our names were not on the mailbox _our names were also not on the callbox _its a gated community but the gates were always open _no security. _ infiltration on the walls. _broken blinds Our move in check list was long! Chris was great to work with when looking at apartment. Provided me all information and tour answering all questions. Then helped me work efficiently through the application and finally the move in. Chris made super easy and went flawless. After working through move in check list Chris made arrangements for repairs. The next day Mike showed up and corrected the items. Mike was very personable and ensured I was satisfied. I couldn’t ask for anything further on my first week here at Bell Vikings.
