Fine place, not luxury Fine place to live, but there are probably better options. Maybe across the road. The property may have been luxurious when first opened but it’s age and poor maintenance have stripped it of that. Nothing ever works. Garage gates always opened or stuck closed. Building doors don’t open when they should or they don’t close correctly. Fire alarms always going off. Trash chutes stuck. Cockroaches in the building. Old appliances. Verified Renter I love my Apartment home, the community is very nice, and it's quiet here except on garbage day! The front staff are awesome all the time. They are friendly, and make sure everything is going well for the tenants. sometimes I just stop by to say hi to them before I go home.
