Not interested in your safety My sister was a resident here and experienced multiple hospitalizations in a few months. I live in Texas and checked on her when friends in Knoxville told me they had not heard from her. She did not reply to my phone calls and I was worried about her safety so I attempted to contact their "courtesy agent" multiple times over the weekend and received no return calls. I calked the police department and asked them to do a "well check" and they said they would go out to the apartment but could not g... read more

Don't waste your money The water prices are outrageous and the maintanence people give you NO privacy. I wish I had paid more for something a little nicer. We asked the office about our water price and they basically told us we have an old meter and there's nothing they can do. I won't be renewing my lease here.

AMAZING Place! The community itself is clean, safe, and well kept. I've really enjoyed living here for the past year. I've recommended it to a lot of my classmates as well. The rent is still affordable and a great deal for the location and the amenities. The community lounge, pool, and laundry room are always clean and it's really nice!
