Absolutely wonderful place to call home I have lived in only 2 different apartment communities, but the service is hands down by far the best I have seen not only in apartment living, but in public service in general! The staff always has a warming greeting when you walk in, and everything is well kept from the clubhouse, amenities,and grounds. The apartment when I moved in was gorgeous and very clean. Unorganized mess They have rats running all over the grounds at night. People have their cars broken into and apartments broken into (I know cars can be normal at places but this is out of hand) No one is able to answer questions at the front office and no one is ever available to talk. Office hours are awful and inconvenient. The pricing is high for what it's worth. I miss this place very much I'm currently apartment hunting in Memphis TN, and all I can think is I wish I could pick up Walkers Crossing and move it here. I always felt safe. Never heard my neighbors and I lived on first level. The gym is amazing. The pool deck is huge. Move in was a breeze. Grounds always clean. If anything I wish there were less boats taking up prime parking spots but that was minor! I really miss my old apartment and would live there again in a heartbeat.
Lovely Grounds, Updated Living Space We just moved here a week ago, and so far so good! Love all the amenities and the landscaping. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating. The apartments are good, they were recently updated, which is nice. Just had some small maintenance issues, which were taken care of right away!
Great Apartment I have lived at Bell Walkers Crossing since April of 2014. This apartment is a great place to live for anyone looking for a clean, safe apartment community. The common grounds are always well kept. The pool has plenty of seating and the water is always clean. The staff is helpful and service orders are dealt with quick. The location is perfect being right next to the interstate you can get anywhere fast. I would recommend the apartment complex to any of my friends!
Bell Walker Crossing The employees in the office are very friendly and helpful. When we have any problems, they get the problem taken care of quickly. The maintenance staff are always friendly and complete any work quickly and efficiently.
