Verified Renter Management isn't the best the only one that is half way decent is Kelly. They try to stay on top of work orders but everything I put in that list was not fixed! The pay portal is a rip off and I refuse to use it ever again. Something needs to be done about the bug problem and the weed problem. We as residents shouldn't have to bring attention to the courtesy officer(s), if its in the lease that it shouldn't be done then it should be addressed.

Bell Walker's Crossing was the first apartment complex we visited, and it ultimately was the one we ended up securing a lease with.
