RecommendedI left my regular salon because they were not offering a "close enough to normal" salon experience in the virus madness world. I am a safety professional so I appreciate safety but it needs to be based on science. I found Bella Rinova. They had very sound safety practices in place and blew me away on service. Mario did the most GORGEOUS color for me! I found my new salon home!
